Preparation and photoelectrochemical properties of GaN-based TiO2 nanorod heterojunctions

The GaN/TiO 2 heterostructure can enhance the separation efficiency of photogenerated charge. The doping of In improves the transfer ability of photogenerated charge. So, GaN/In-TiO 2 shows increased PEC properties compared with GaN/u-TiO 2 .
