(P Objective: To evaluate the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with psychological intervention on postoperative rehabilitation indicators and negative emotions in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery. Method: The research survey period was from May 2020 to December 2024. The survey target was patients undergoing liver and gallbladder surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University. A total of 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups using a single blind method, with 75 patients in each group receiving routine nursing (control group) and rapid rehabilitation surgery + psychological nursing (observation group). The changes in rehabilitation indicators, complications, negative emotions, and living standards of patients in each group were compared. Result: The improvement of various rehabilitation indicators in the observation group after nursing was better than that in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); The negative emotion scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and their quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group, with a statistical result of P < 0.05. Conclusion: Providing rapid recovery surgery and psychological intervention to patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery has a good effect, and has a positive effect on improving patients’ treatment mood and enhancing rehabilitation outcomes. It is worthy of clinical adoption.
