Development of sensory-motor response in adolescents aged 13–15 to improve performance in the video game "Just Dance"ERFORMANCE IN THE VIDEO GAME «JUST DANCE»

The purpose of the study is to enhance performance in "Just Dance" through the development and implementation of a set of specialized exercises aimed at improving the sensorimotor reaction of the players. Research methods and organization: analysis and synthesis of data from scientific and methodological literature, educational experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. To evaluate the effectiveness of the methodology, the following assessments were used: assessment of simple visual reaction time, assessment of visual memory; ranking of the number of in-game points in "Just Dance". Research results and conclusions. The results obtained from the study allow us to conclude that the developed set of special exercises enhances the sensorimotor reaction and leads to improved performance in the rhythm simulator "Just Dance".
