Amivantamab (Rybrevant)

Reimbursement reviews are comprehensive assessments of the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, as well as patient and clinician perspectives, of a drug or drug class. The assessments inform nonbinding recommendations that help guide the reimbursement decisions of Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec. This review assesses amivantamab (Rybrevant) 350 mg/7 mL (50 mg/mL) single-use vial. Indication: In combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed for the first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced (not amenable to curative therapy) or metastatic non–small cell lung cancer with activating epidermal growth factor receptor exon 20 insertion mutations.
