The system of integrated protection of wheat plants from pests includes in itself a range of well-appreciated methods, which ensure the reduction of populations below the economic threshold of damage. In this context, the aim of the current research was to study the biological effectiveness of some preparations, as insecticides for the treatment of wheat seeds. Insecticide Lot no. 6, can be included in the integrated protection system of winter wheat, by treating the seed material, before sowing, with the rate of consumption of 1.0 kg/t of seeds, as an insecticide to combat cereal flies, corn ground beetle, wireworms and other pests.
