IoT Based Monitoring and Disaster Management System for Dams Using Machine Learning
IoT-based monitoring and disaster management system with real-time catastrophe response and prediction, incorporating the application of machine learning. Environmental data are collected through sensors, rain, ultrasonic, and water flow sensors. Arduino handles this data, and analysis is performed by applying machine learning algorithms. These models detect patterns and anomalies to forecast a disaster, like floods or bad weather. It automatically executes a series of protective measures to alert users and authorities, like water pump operation and alarm activation, transmitted through GSM and Wi-Fi modules. Important parameters can be tracked in real-time with the assistance of an LCD display and remote access. Machine learning also allows for quicker response and better use of resources in optimizing predictive powers.
