Perspectives within the Gestalt Modality and Supervision

ABSTRACT During the development of the Gestalt therapeutic approach, different currents have developed. They have been recognized and shaped as perspectives. This article presents a new possible theoretical understanding and systemization of perspectives within Gestalt therapy, refined in the context of supervision. A new, previously unpublished, perspective is introduced. The perspectives are presented as a continuum and considered as a developmental model of Gestalt therapy.
