Wonder as a Gateway to <i>Oistros</i> in Supervision

ABSTRACT In this article, the authors endeavor to explore the idea of wonder and Oistros as support for the supervision process. The article highlights the role of curiosity and the acceptance of the unknown in fostering a sense of enchantment and understanding of what is emerging in the field. Drawing on various ideas that underline the concept of wonder as an opening to possibilities, we look into the implication of wonder for the supervisory process. In addition, the article draws connections between wonder and the life force of Oistros, emphasizing their potential to support aliveness, expansion, and revelation in the supervisory field.
