Prognostic Role of PD-L1 and IDO-1 Expression in Sinonasal Carcinoma

The study identifies PD-L1 and IDO-1 as possible prognostic factors for sinonasal SCC, but less so for sinonasal AC. A TPS score >50% and combined low IDO-1 score correlate with shortened 3-year PFS and OS in sinonasal SCC. Immune checkpoints could, therefore, represent important target molecules for the prognosis assessment of sinonasal SCC.

A TPS score >50% and combined low IDO-1 score correlate with shortened 3-year PFS and OS in sinonasal SCC.
