Analysis of flow and heat transfer in magnetized nanofluids between two rotating disks in the presence of thermal radiation

This comparative investigation effects of steady, incompressible MHD mono nanofluids flow with distinct nanoparticles ( C u O & A l 2 O 3 ) are utilized with their physical properties and Ethylene glycol/water (50 %:50 %) is mentioned as a base fluid under the thermal radiation between two rotational stretching disks. The porous medium is considered among the both disks under Darcy-Forchheimer phenomenon. The upper and lower disks are stretchable and rotate able with different rates and angular frequencies. The heat source and joule dissipation irreversibility are taken into account in current model. The nanomaterials are dispersed in a 50 %:50 % mixture of Ethylene glycol-water. The advantages of using the nanofluids, as well as the parameters involved with them, have been mathematically described. This problem is extremely significant in many fields of engineering and technology. Moreover, in segment of mathematical modeling the partial differential system are presented with the suitable boundary conditions. Theses governing partial differential (PDEs) structures through the similarities are transformed into ordinary differential equations. Further, to find our numerically results we use the shooting technique via bvp4c solver with Lobatto IIIA formula in MATLAB software. Additionally, the pictorial assistance and the tabular behavior of the momentum and temperature field have been examined under the achievement of different parameters. From the results it is concluding that tangential velocity is reduced with variation in porosity parameter and magnetic parameter. The Reynolds number causes an increment in radial velocity while decrement in tangential flow of fluid. The thermal field is enhanced with radiation parameter and thermal Biot number.
