Research on Teacher Burden under the Background of Education Digital Transformation

教育数字化转型背景下，数字技术正深刻改变教师负担的形式。数字技术的发展将引发教师工作内容的扩展，形成短期减负、长期增负的趋势。这一趋势的深层机理在于传统“教师中心”的教育惯习与信息技术所趋向的“学生中心”理念的内在矛盾。对此，教师应拓展技术素养，提升数字胜任力；政府及教育管理部门应强化数字教育平台建设，更新教师专业标准体系；学校应变革管理制度与组织架构，优化教师培养培训体系。三者形成合力，充分发挥数字技术在教育实践中的支持作用。Under the background of digital transformation in education, digital technology is profoundly changing the form of teachers’ burdens. The development of digital technology will lead to the expansion of teachers’ job content, forming a trend of reducing the burden in the short term and increasing it in the long term. The underlying mechanism of this trend lies in the inherent contradiction between the traditional “teacher-centered” educational habit and the “student-centered” concept tended by information technology. In this regard, teachers should expand their technical literacy and enhance their digital competence. The government and educational administrative departments should strengthen the construction of digital education platforms and update the professional standard system for teachers. Schools should reform their management systems and organizational structures and optimize the teacher training and education system. The three work together to give full play to the supporting role of digital technology in educational practice.
