Next-Generation Inventory Management:Blockchain-Infused GAN Forecasting with ECDH Security Layer

Cloud-based inventory management is one of the most important matters for enterprises nowadays; however, it also includes many challenges, such as data integrity, privacy breaches, and operational inefficiencies. Most existing solutions are not able to provide a secure, scalable, and efficient framework to handle such issues. This paper proposes a blockchain-based hybrid inventory management system empowered by GAN and ECDH techniques. The hybrid blockchain ensures immutable and transparent data storage, while a GAN-based model optimizes inventory forecasting by generating highly accurate demand prediction. ECDH has been incorporated to handle secure key exchange and data encryption in order to safeguard sensitive information during cloud transactions. It will contribute toward enhanced data security, improved forecasting accuracy, and streamlined inventory operations. The proposed advantages are in reducing operational risks, improving privacy, and achieving scalability. This solution will definitely provide an efficient, secure, and modernized framework for inventory management systems in cloud environments.
