Study on the influencing factors of college students' employment concept based on the linear regression equation

Multiple linear regression is one of the methods of quantitative analysis, based on which the model can analyze the relationship between the research target and the predictor. At present, college students' definition of employment is relatively vague, and it has not formed a complete system. In order to clarify the main influencing factors of college students 'employment concept, this paper will adopt the idea of big data analysis model, using reliability and validity analysis, chi-square test and other methods to integrate questionnaire data for data retrieval, and establish a linear regression equation on the factors affecting college students' employment concept. Through the analysis and investigation, it can be seen that the school level is more important for the cultivation of college students 'employment view, so it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of college students' employment ability. Besides, The research results of this paper can not only provide specific programs for cultivating college students' employment concept, but also provide a blueprint for talent training in universities.
