Research on the self-management supervision of college students based on the factor analysis model
Factor analysis refers to studying the statistical technique of extracting generic factors from variable groups. Factor analysis can find representative factors among many variables, and can also verify the hypothesis of the relationship between variables. At present, college students have weak self-management ability. This paper aims to study the main and secondary factors affecting college students' self-management ability, so as to put forward relevant solutions. This paper will use the idea of big data model analysis to retrieve 231 questionnaires collected information, including more than 10,000 pieces of information, so as to establish a factor analysis model, and discuss and analyze the current self-supervision mode in the self-management skills of college students. According to the research, it can be seen that the factors affecting the self-management skills of college students include external and internal factors, namely, heteronomy factor and self-discipline factor, among which the heteronomy factors are greater than the self-discipline factor. Therefore, in practice, it is necessary to strengthen the heteronomy factor variables such as third-party supervision to improve its supervision efficiency and results.
