Design of magnetic components for wind power converter power supply
The stable and reliable operation of the auxiliary power supply in the wind power converter, as well as the ability to provide uninterrupted power supply, is the prerequisite for the normal operation of its various modules. The magnetic components in the switching power supply belong to the core part and need to be designed and optimized according to the specific specifications of the switching power supply, as the quality of its parameter design will directly have a decisive impact on the performance of the switching power supply. This article proposes a scheme for achieving uninterrupted operation of the auxiliary power supply in wind power converters and an engineering design method for magnetic components in switching power supply using engineering theory. Through specific power supply design examples, the specific process of selecting and designing dual-switch forward and single-switch forward transformers and inductance parameters based on power supply technical specifications is elaborated. The experimental test shows that the working state of the switch is good, which has guiding significance for the design of magnetic components in dual-switch forward and single-switch forward converters based on technical specifications. It helps to improve the development efficiency of magnetic components, reduce design risks, and enhance the efficiency and reliability of switching power supplies.
