Pilot optimization of low-voltage PLC systems based on simulated annealing algorithm
In low-voltage power line carrier (PLC) communication systems based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), traditional pilot designs face challenges in achieving high channel estimation accuracy under complex channel environments. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a pilot optimization scheme based on the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm. By globally optimizing pilot positions and dynamically adjusting pilot distribution, the SA algorithm significantly reduces the impact of frequency-selective fading and improves channel estimation accuracy. Simulation results demonstrate that, compared with traditional pilot schemes, the SA-optimized pilot scheme effectively reduces pilot overhead and bit error rate (BER), which enhances communication reliability and signal transmission performance. This method is suitable for low-voltage PLC systems in complex channel environments such as the Internet of Things and smart grids, and it has significant engineering application value and broad potential for practical deployment.
