Virtual power plant energy optimization scheduling method based on source load coordination
Virtual power plants achieve efficient regulation of the power system by integrating resources such as distributed energy, energy storage devices, and controllable loads. This article proposes a virtual power plant energy optimization scheduling method based on source load coordination. By analyzing the demand response characteristics of power loads and combining carbon capture and green hydrogen production technologies, it achieves energy conservation, emission reduction, and efficient operation of the power system. The simulation results of the case study show that by optimizing scheduling, the total operating cost of the virtual power plant has been reduced by 35.04%, carbon emissions have been reduced by 17.30%, the wind and solar power curtailment rate has been reduced by 100%, and complete consumption of renewable energy has been achieved.
