Multivoltage level coordination low-carbon operation control strategy of urban flexible distribution system
This study considers the urban flexible distribution system's low-carbon operating plan, which consists of the medium-voltage flexible interconnection system and the low-voltage flexible interconnection system. For the urban flexible distribution system of medium voltage flexible interconnection system, considering that it mainly realizes the internal power exchange of the urban flexible distribution system through the flexible interconnection of converter stations, the internal power exchange level of the urban flexible distribution system is considered to reduce the power loss. For the low-voltage flexible interconnection system of an urban flexible distribution system, considering that the low-voltage system has distributed photovoltaic, DC load, and other elements access from the distributed photovoltaic consumption rate, by improving the distributed photovoltaic consumption rate, improve the proportion of "green electricity", to achieve low-carbon system operation control.
