Performance evaluation of secondary power supply products under multi-degree-of-freedom vibration environments

To assess the impact of multi-degree-of-freedom (MDOF) vibration environments on the performance of secondary power supply products, a comprehensive evaluation is required during the design phase. In this study, an experimental approach is employed to systematically test the secondary power supply product under a simulated MDOF vibration environment. Two evaluation conditions are considered: the simulation value, obtained through modeling and simulation techniques, and the standard value, determined based on extreme deviation temperature parameters. By comparing the output results of the secondary power supply with the corresponding vibration environment conditions, the study identifies the specific impact of vibration on its performance, providing a foundation for reliability evaluation. The findings of this study not only offer critical data support for optimizing the design of secondary power supply products but also serve as an important reference for future performance evaluations in complex vibration environments.
