Provision of educational services using distance learning technologies: features of legal regulation in current conditions

The article analyzes the features of legal regulation of the provision of educational services using distance learning technologies. It is shown that in the last few years, such forms and means of training as e-learning and distance learning technologies (hereinafter referred to as DLT) have become more widespread in the provision of educational services, which was undoubtedly facilitated by measures aimed at combating the coronavirus. At present, it is difficult to name an educational institution that does not in any way use DLT when providing educational services, which, in turn, gives rise to a large number of disputes about the quality of services provided, the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the parties, as well as the sufficiency of legal regulation in this area.
