Exploring the role of the ferric source in the structural regulation of ZIF-8 derived nitrogen-doped porous carbon for enhanced photothermal CO2 cycloaddition
ZIF-8 derived nitrogen-doped porous carbons were fabricated using an incorporation-pyrolysis process. Due to the atomically dispersed metal species, enhanced surface area, and improved photothermal conversion ability, Fc-NPC shows distinct catalytic activity for CO2 cycloaddition compared with other analogues.
