To achieve the goal, the following research tasks were implemented: 1) to identify the needs of seniors, 2) to identify which of those needs are satisfied locally and which are not, and 3) to identify the attitude towards cooperation. In the paper, the following research methods were used: the analysis of scientific literature and normative documents, co-creation methodology, PAPI and CAWI surveys, comparative analysis, and statistical analysis. Thanks to the research, it has been revealed that the demand for social services is greater than its supply.
