The increasing demand for miniaturized and lightweight wireless microstrip patch antennas has driven extensive research into suitable dielectric materials. Zinc aluminate <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$(\text{ZnA}1_{2}\mathrm{O}_{4})$</tex> nanoparticles exhibit low dielectric loss and high permittivity, making them promising candidates for microwave applications.
