Transformational Leadership Style and Knowledge Management Role and Their Influence on Innovation

Research objectives: This research explores transformational leaders and knowledge management and their role and influence on several pillars such as innovation, organizational performance, sustainable performance, and knowledge sharing and trust. Methodology: Systematic Literature Review is conducted by searching Scopus 23 studies were reviewed and included, focusing on knowledge management and transformational leadership style. Findings that transformational leadership and knowledge management are keys to drive innovation, sustainability, organizational performance and significantly knowledge sharing and trust. Originality/ Value Knowledge management and the role of transformational leadership are important topics for researchers, policy makers and practitioners.
