Reflowable Ceramics Multifiber Ferrule for Co-Packaged Optics

One of the most essential components for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) is the optical connector ferrule with reflow compatibility. We are developing and evaluating reflow compatible Ceramics Multifiber Ferrule (CMF), which does not suffer any ferrule deformation, fiber pistoning, and performance deterioration even after exposure to more than 260°C environment.
