Tailoring the structural durability and proton conductivity of electrolytes for highly fuel-flexible and reversible ceramic cells
We report an electrolyte material BaZr 0.06 Ce 0.7 Y 0.06 Yb 0.06 Hf 0.06 Gd 0.06 O 3− δ (BZCYYbHG), which demonstrates excellent durability against coking, CO 2 , and H 2 O under fuel-cell and electrolysis operations with high fuel flexibility and reversibility.
