Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Characteristics of Gynecological Diseases in the Cold Climate of Heilongjiang

本文分析了黑龙江地区气候地理环境、饮食习惯及当地女性寒湿体质对寒湿邪气形成的影响。基于寒邪收引凝滞、伤及肝脾肾、寒凝致瘀等病机，探讨了寒邪及寒凝血瘀所致妇科炎症、痛证、月经失调、不孕症等疾病的发病特点。结合该地区用药经验，提出了针对寒湿证的辨证论治思路，为寒地妇科疾病防治提供参考。This study investigates how Heilongjiang’s climate, geography, diet, and the prevalent cold-damp constitution among women contribute to cold-dampness pathogens. Based on TCM principles of how cold affects the body (including liver, spleen, kidney function, and blood stasis), the study explores the pathogenesis of gynecological inflammation, pain, menstrual issues, and infertility linked to cold and cold-induced blood stasis. Integrating regional medication practices, a treatment strategy for cold-dampness syndrome is proposed, offering guidance for gynecological disease prevention and treatment in cold regions.
