Chalcogenide-centered Cu11 clusters heteroleptically passivated by dichalcogenolates and iodo ligands

Dithiocarbamate (dtc) and diselenocarbamate (dsec) ligands stabilize new Cu 11 clusters with hyper-coordinated μ 10 -S and μ 10 -Se chalcogens. These unique structures demonstrate how chalcogen identity can tune inter- and intra-cluster interactions.

Abstract

Dithiocarbamate (dtc) and diselenocarbamate (dsec) ligands stabilize new Cu 11 clusters with hyper-coordinated μ 10 -S and μ 10 -Se chalcogens. These unique structures demonstrate how chalcogen identity can tune inter- and intra-cluster interactions.
