Heterogeneous Integration Roadmap: Emerging Research Devices

Heterogeneous Integration Roadmap (HIR) is an activity sponsored by the IEEE Electronics Packaging Society (EPS), Electron Devices Society (EDS) and Photonics Society in collaboration with SEMI and ASME. Twenty three (23) Technical Working Groups (TWG) focus on various topics and applications related to heterogeneous integration. Emerging Research Devices is one of the topics in the HIR report. This abstract presents an update on the progress of the roadmap activity related to this topic.
