Research Trends and Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pulmonary Rehabilitation Based on CiteSpace Bibliometrics

目的：本篇旨在探究过去十二年中关于中医结合肺康复疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的研究趋势与发展情况。方法：利用中国知网、维普、万方数据库搜索自2013年12月至今相关资料，然后运用Excel进行统计学处理，最后借助CiteSpace工具可视化呈现。结果：最终纳入文献538篇。从总体上看，每年的文献量逐年递增。文献以杨丰文发表的最多，同属一个团队的核心作者有密切的合作，不同团队之间的沟通比较少，协作上有所欠缺。研究的热点主要集中在肺癌、八段锦、肺功能、稳定期等方面。近年来研究的重点和热点是中医药理论在肺康复中的应用及其联合治疗模式的临床研究优化。建议通过提高研究质量、促进跨领域合作、加强人才培养等方式，推动中医药在肺部康复领域的深度应用和发展。Objective: This study aims to investigate the research trends and developments over the past twelve years concerning the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with pulmonary rehabilitation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Relevant literature from December 2013 to the present was retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP, and Wanfang. Statistical analyses were conducted using Microsoft Excel, and visualization was performed utilizing CiteSpace software. Results: A total of 538 articles were included. Overall, the annual number of publications has shown a year-on-year increase. Yang Fengwen emerged as the most prolific author, with close collaborations observed among core authors within the same research team; however, inter-team communication was relatively limited, indicating a deficiency in broader collaborative efforts. Research hotspots primarily focused on areas such as lung cancer, Baduanjin (a form of traditional Chinese exercise), pulmonary function, and the stable phase of COPD. In recent years, emphasis has shifted towards the application of TCM theories in pulmonary rehabilitation and the optimization of clinical research on integrated treatment models. Conclusion: To advance the deep integration and development of TCM in the field of pulmonary rehabilitation, it is recommended that research quality be enhanced, interdisciplinary collaboration be promoted, and talent cultivation be strengthened.
