Through the analysis of the current situation of party building and career development in private universities, this paper expounds the connotation and significance of “one integration and two highs”, and discusses the path and strategy of promoting “one integration and two highs” in combination with the practical case of Liaoning University of Technology, aiming to provide a useful reference for improving the level of party building work and the quality of career development in private universities.
