PEOPLE'S HEALTH THROUGH TRAINING PROCESS IN FITNESS CENTERS

Fitness is a subject of learning, training and harmonious development for everyone who is connected and practices it. This process is fulfilled through general and specific sports preparation. Appearance is an important characteristic of people, but on the other hand, a healthy lifestyle should prevail. That is why we decided to balance these two things – activity in the form of fitness and health through sports and proper nutrition. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the process of training beginners in fitness centers in Kumanovo and the possibility of creating healthy needs, interests and habits. 28 users were surveyed through a questionnaire. The small number of respondents is a limiting factor based on the targeted group of beginners who have been exercising for less than a year. In conclusion, we emphasize: - There is no perfect training program that will suit everyone; - Choosing the wrong exercises, sequence, dose of load and rest can lead to overtraining or injuries; - Diagnostics is completely missing in the training process; - The means, methods and forms depend on the specific situation; - Appearance is an important characteristic that has a leading position in people, especially in the initial determination for fitness training. The described training and organization processes have solved important problems in practice. There must be a fitness strategy that will determine the goals and objectives of the process, through careful planning of the training. And the importance of a healthy and balanced diet in the life of the individual must be imposed as a criterion.
