It has been established that proper financial support for SBU servicemen creates a sense of social security, ensures stability, promotes their professional growth, and reduces staff turnover. Taken together, this directly affects the quality of tasks performed to counter threats to the state, especially in martial law. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the current state of legal regulation of monetary support for SBU servicemen can be characterized as transitional, in which the regulatory framework is constantly adapting to new challenges (war, hybrid threats, the need for closer interaction with other law enforcement agencies) and there remains a need to systematize and codify a huge number of acts that often replace each other, which can cause some uncertainty and legal conflicts.
