Research on the Integration of Educator Spirit into the Evaluation of University Teachers—Based on the Development Theory of University Teachers

教育家精神作为新时代指引教师队伍建设的重要思想，是解决当前高校教师评价存在问题的良方。本研究以教育家精神融入高校教师评价的合理性与路径为目标，讨论高校教师发展在其中发挥的作用。首先，解析了教育家精神的概念以及六大维度，其次，提出高校教师发展在教育家精神融入高校教师评价的纽带作用，正反向逻辑论证了融入的合理性。基于此提出教育家精神融入高校教师评价的实践路径。As an important ideological guide for the construction of the teacher team in the new era, the spirit of educationists serves as an effective solution to the current problems in university teacher evaluation. This study aims to explore the rationality and pathways of integrating the spirit of educationists into university teacher evaluation, focusing on the role of university teacher development in this process. First, it analyzes the concept of the spirit of educationists and its six dimensions. Secondly, the study highlights the bridging role of university teacher development in the integration of the spirit of educationists into university teacher evaluation, using both positive and reverse logical arguments to demonstrate the rationality of this integration. Finally, based on these findings, it proposes practical pathways for incorporating the spirit of educationists into university teacher evaluation.
