Exploration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Teaching Reform in Bioinformatics in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

本文通过阐述人工智能时代对生物信息学课程思政建设的新要求，深入分析课程思政建设中的现状与问题，包括教学内容、教学方法、教师队伍等方面。其次探讨如何将思政元素有机融入生物信息学课程的各个环节，包括在教学目标、课程内容、教学实践以及考核评价体系中的融入策略。最后提出通过多方合作、师资培训等方式促进生物信息学课程思政在人工智能时代的可持续发展，以培养适应时代需求、兼具专业能力和良好思政素养的生物信息学人才。The paper focuses on the new requirements for the ideological and political construction of bioinformatics in the AI era, and then the current situation and problems in the ideological and political construction of the curriculum are deeply analyzed, including teaching content, teaching methods, teachers and other aspects. Secondly, how to integrate ideological and political elements into each link of bioinformatics is discussed, including the teaching objectives, course content, teaching practice and evaluation system. Finally, it is proposed to promote the sustainable development of ideological and political bioinformatics in the AI era through multi-party cooperation and teacher training, so as to cultivate bioinformatics talents who meet the needs of the times with professional ability and excellent ideological and political talents.
