Photoconductive properties, photocurrent, and thermally stimulated conductivity research in CsPbBr3 crystals
This study examines the photoconductive, photocurrent, and thermally stimulated conductivity properties of CsPbBr3 crystals, focusing on their optoelectronic potential.Key findings include high spectral sensitivity (maximum at 562 nm), p-type conductivity, and an activation energy of 0.31 eV.The research highlights degradation due to ionic conductivity under electric fields and explores defect-related impacts on charge transport. These results provide insights for optimizing CsPbBr3 crystals for stable, efficient photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications.
