Exploration of the Application of Digital Operation and Maintenance of Transformers in Environmental Gas Monitoring
there are problems such as insufficient sensor accuracy, equipment aging, and environmental interference, which lead to a decrease in monitoring accuracy. As the core component of the monitoring system, the accuracy of sensors directly determines the accuracy of monitoring results. If the accuracy of the sensor is insufficient, it will cause a deviation between the monitoring data and the actual value, further affecting the accuracy of the monitoring results. In addition, environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and electromagnetic interference can also have adverse effects on monitoring results, leading to data fluctuations or errors. To address these issues, research is being conducted on the application of digital transformer operation and maintenance in environmental gas monitoring. This article uses spectral analysis technology to detect environmentally friendly gases in transformers, obtaining relevant information such as gas concentration. Through laser modulation technology, the control of the laser light source is achieved, and the optimal transformer gas data harmonic signal is obtained. Then, the status monitoring value is obtained through digital operation and maintenance, achieving real-time monitoring. The study conducted in-depth exploration from three dimensions: accuracy of gas concentration, measurement accuracy of gas temperature, and stability of gas pressure readings. The results showed that the new monitoring system can accurately test the changes in C<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4</inf>F<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">7</inf>N/CO<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> of the system, and the temperature data shows a high degree of consistency with the measured temperature trend, effectively supporting the safe and stable operation of transformers. The error between the test results and the actual pressure always remains within ± 1.00%, far below the requirement of an error range of ± 5%.
