State Estimation Using Interval Observer for MIMO Nonlinear System with Noisy Outputs

A study of the state estimation for a class of MIMO nonlinear systems that are uniformly observed with noisy outputs is considered. The main contribution of this paper is to make the evidence of the robustness of the interval observer to the external noises that are added to the measured system outputs. To prove the good behavior of the proposed observer in terms of good estimation with its insensitivity with respect to noise measurements, simulation results applied to class of nonlinear systems are given.

Abstract

A study of the state estimation for a class of MIMO nonlinear systems that are uniformly observed with noisy outputs is considered. The main contribution of this paper is to make the evidence of the robustness of the interval observer to the external noises that are added to the measured system outputs. To prove the good behavior of the proposed observer in terms of good estimation with its insensitivity with respect to noise measurements, simulation results applied to class of nonlinear systems are given.
