Blockchain and Edge Computing Empowered Battlefield Spectrum Management Architecture
This paper addresses the complex demands of electromagnetic spectrum management in modern, high-density battlefield environments by introducing an innovative architecture that leverages blockchain and edge computing technologies. The proposed system bolsters data security and ensures integrity via blockchain's verification processes, while employing queueing theory and discrete-time Markov models to facilitate dynamic spectrum allocation. A key contribution is the Multi-Agent Spectrum Offloading Algorithm (MSSOA), engineered to optimize spectrum task offloading in a decentralized fashion. Simulations indicate that MSSOA excels over existing algorithms in execution efficiency and energy usage, marking a significant advancement in battlefield spectrum management. The research validates the efficacy of the proposed method through experimental results, offering a novel and impactful approach to spectrum management with substantial theoretical and practical value.
