Digital Evaluation of Potential Value of Urban Underground Space Resources
The digital evaluation of the potential value of urban underground space resources is crucial for their orderly development and scientific utilization. Based on the socio-economic attributes of underground space resources, and considering factors that influence their value, such as urban planning, traffic conditions, location, social conditions, and economic conditions, this study constructs an index system for evaluating the potential value of urban underground space resources. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and multi-objective weighting method, an evaluation model was established. Zhuhai City was used as a case study to digitally assess the potential value of its urban underground space resources. The evaluation results categorize the digitalized potential value of Zhuhai's underground space into four levels: low, medium, relatively high, and high. The city's underground space resources are found to have relatively high potential value, with spatial distribution primarily controlled by planning, location, and transportation conditions. A clear clustering and scale effect are observed in the spatial distribution, with high-potential areas concentrated in districts such as Gongbei, Cuixiang, and Meihua of Xiangzhou District, mainly in the shallow underground layers. The findings accurately reflect the potential value of underground space resources and offer practical application value, providing key references for the digital management and decision-making processes of government authorities.
