Mogamulizumab-induced lymph node enlargement mimicking mycosis fungoides progression

We describe two cases of mogamulizumab-treated patients with mycosis fungoides in complete remission who developed lymphadenopathy mimicking disease progression. Biopsies revealed nonmalignant findings, suggesting a possible treatment-related reactive process. These cases highlight the importance of histological confirmation before altering therapy based solely on imaging.
