Energy-Efficient Extruder for the Production of Thermolabile Biopolymers

An extruder is proposed for processing high-quality thermolabile biopolymers with optimized values of the treatment temperature and time. Using this tool, the production of multicomponent extrudates with specified structure and the required functional properties may be expanded.
