Risk Management Procedure for Investment Projects

The relevance of this study is confirmed by the need to minimize investment risks to activate a stable process of implementing strategically important projects. The generalized risk management process is considered, the author’s procedure for the consistent selection of objects of investment is proposed with account for the assessment of the impact of possible negative factors. A case study of the application of a set of risk management methods in organizing investment activities is presented. It is concluded that it is advisable to systematically analyze and assess potential investment risks, as well as the need to develop measures to control them.
