TUMOR DEVELOPMENT AND VESSEL GROWTH INTO THEM
The review article summarizes the results of the research of recent years devoted to the six main processes of the angiogenesis of tumors. It is given to develop more effective methods for improving the results of anti-angiogenic treatment. The article summarized the data associated with one of the main cellular mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis — germinating angiogenesis associated with vasculine mimicry, vascular invascation, vascular cooptation, obtained from cancer cells, and an -ogene associated with stem cells obtained from the bone cosema. However, despite the achievements in anti-angiogenic therapy, which significantly improved the lives of many cancer patients, during the clinical treatment, resistance to anti- angiogenic preparations often occurs. This, in turn, leads to the non-optimal therapeutic rendering and ineffectiveness of treatment. The development and current pro-blots associated with anti-angiogenic therapy are discussed.
