PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS MALADAPTATION
The effect of the immunomodulator and adaptogen Trekresan on the development of the state of maladaptation of the body during anti-tuberculosis basic chemotherapy in the conditions of anthropogenic load of the region by monitoring the level of iron-containing proteins (lactoferrin, ferritin) and laboratory blood parameters (total protein, serum urea, hemoglobin, red blood cells, leukocytes, lymphocytes, Alat and AsAT (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase). The results obtained confirmed that lactoferrin and ferritin are involved in immunity processes, and the low concentration of these proteins in the blood is characteristic of destructive forms of pulmonary tuberculosis and the state of maladaptation.
