Mitral Regurgitation Associated with Mitral Annulus Remodeling and Left Atrial Dilatation
LA dilatation correlated with MA remodeling, primarily via enlargement of AP diameter. Circular change with AP diameter enlargement in MA may be a key mechanism of MR associated with MA remodeling.
