Aspecte ale consilierii psihopedagogice a familiei

Effective counselling aims at evolution and change, and the relation between counsellor and beneficiary is used towards the development of the affective and cognitive potential of both actors involved inthe process. Personal effectiveness increases the change of cognitive and behavioural patterns, which allows for an optimal functioning of the personality. The counsellor's mission is to provide help and support in the formation of adaptive behaviour, which allows an individual to handle his or her own life and relations, as an indicative of self-efficiency.
