经济高质量发展需要高质量人才支撑。高校作为宣传教育主阵地，其思想政治教育工作是培育时代新人的重要方式。工匠精神作为中国共产党人的精神谱系之一，以追求卓越的砥砺之心、德艺双修的追求之心和守正创新的发展之心为时代内涵。从理论遵循上看，工匠精神融入高校思想政治教育是精神生产的类本质性和实践性所决定的；从时代发展内需上看，传承和发扬工匠精神与高校思想政治教育工作间具有高度契合性，它不仅是工匠精神传承的内在需要，还是高校人才培养的教育应然和思想政治工作创新的使命必然。对此，必须通过加快从以砥砺之心不断锤炼学生能力、以追求之心引领学生心性建设和以发展之心推进学生时代兼容三方面发力，推动工匠精神与高校思想政治教育工作有机融合，在文化创承中提升思想政治教育成效，培育高质量时代新人。High quality economic development requires the support of high-quality talents. As the main battlefield of propaganda and education, the ideological and political education work of universities is an important way to cultivate new talents of the times. As one of the spiritual pedigrees of the people of the CPC, the craftsman spirit takes the spirit of striving for excellence, the pursuit of virtue and skill, and the development of integrity and innovation as the connotation of the times. From a theoretical perspective, the integration of craftsmanship spirit into ideological and political education in universities is determined by the essential and practical nature of spiritual production; From the perspective of domestic demand in the development of the times, there is a high degree of compatibility between inheriting and promoting the spirit of craftsmanship and ideological and political education in universities. It is not only an inherent need for inheriting the spirit of craftsmanship, but also an educational necessity for talent cultivation in universities and an inevitable mission for innovation in ideological and political work. In this regard, efforts must be made to accelerate the integration of craftsmanship spirit and ideological and political education in universities through three aspects: continuously refining students’ abilities with a sharpening heart, leading students’ spiritual construction with a pursuit heart, and promoting students’ compatibility with the times with a development heart. Through cultural creation, the effectiveness of ideological and political education can be improved, and high-quality new generations of the times can be cultivated.
