ANALYSIS OF EXISTING METHODS FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE UNITS IN EMERCOM OF RUSSIA

The success of the functioning of most organizational systems directly depends on the effectiveness of the professional environment, which contains a wide range of factors that affect employees in the course of their work. An effective professional environment ensures that the tasks of employees in the external social environment are fulfilled at the required level, and also affects the professional development of personnel in the internal environment of the organization. In order to increase the effectiveness of the professional environment in the departments of EMERCOM of Russia, a search was carried out for scientific and methodological tools that meet the list of original criteria compiled by the authors in this article. The analysis of scientific and methodological tools has shown the inability of existing approaches to conduct a full-fledged and reasonable assessment of the effectiveness of the professional environment of the units of EMERCOM of Russia, which leads to the need to develop an author's assessment method in subsequent scientific works.
