Benzothiazole-based arylamines as hole transporting materials for perovskite solar cells
In this study, novel A(–π–D) n type small molecule HTMs based on benzothiazole (as acceptor) and arylamine (as donor) building blocks ware synthesized for application in perovskite solar cells, achieving a power conversion efficiency of 20.74%.
